On 6 April 2026, our research paper titled "GI Meets AI: Glycemic Index in the Age of AI, Computational Breakthroughs" was featured in Divaina newspaper.
The article highlights how Artificial Intelligence supports better understanding and control of Glycemic Index (GI) and improves dietary planning for diabetes management.
Our study reviews more than 100 research works and includes machine learning for GI prediction, deep learning for food recognition, NLP for nutritional extraction, and explainable AI for transparency.
